Job Description The Traveling Assistant Superintendent will support site leadership teams in the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking through completion. The Successful Applicant For the Traveling Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction we are seeking: Experience working on ground-up multifamily construction projects Previous Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or Foreman experience preferred Understanding of construction schedules, sequencing, and site operations Ability to manage relationships with subcontractors and field personnel Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to safety, quality, and project execution Willingness and ability to travel full-time to project locations nationwide Proficiency with construction management software is preferred What's on Offer Base salary starting at $70,000+ , commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package Travel expenses and project-related accommodations covered Mentorship from experienced construction leaders Clear path toward Superintendent and Senior Superintendent opportunities
