Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead operations at our active project site in Hubbard, Texas. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire build process, from planning through completion. You will keep crews on schedule, control costs, and make sure every phase meets our quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced field environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across the construction site, keeping work moving efficiently and safely. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to meet project milestones. Develop, track, and update project schedules to keep every phase on time. Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and identify ways to control spending without cutting quality. Enforce safety compliance and OSHA standards across all site activities. Review plans, specifications, and blueprints to guide crews and resolve issues quickly. Conduct regular site inspections to confirm work meets quality and code requirements. Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to owners, clients, and stakeholders. Solve problems on the spot to keep the project running smoothly. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on active job sites. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work on-site in Hubbard, Texas, and manage crews in the field. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with drywall installation. Hands-on experience with metal stud framing. Background managing interior finish and framing crews.
