Provide Korean-English interpretation and translation for meetings, field instructions, and project-related documents. Coordinate communication with Samsung C&T/SECAI and local Samsung project personnel. Support administrative needs for Korean HQ visitors and expatriate employees, including housing, transportation, and other employee-related matters. ■
Qualifications :
Native-level Korean and business-level English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience in semiconductor FAB construction or Korean construction/engineering companies preferred. 1+ year of construction site administration or coordination experience preferred.

General Responsibilities :
Monitor construction progress for UHP piping, Heat Trace, Insulation, and related scopes. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and daily work instructions. Attend meetings with SECAI/Samsung C&T and coordinate project issues and requests. Support RFIs, design changes, inspection schedules, and project documentation. Review subcontractor schedules, manpower plans, work reports, quality, and safety compliance. Review ISO drawings, P&IDs, and other mechanical/piping drawings for field implementation. Assist with construction plans and 5D model-based installation sequencing. Coordinate inspections and maintain QC documentation. Support compliance with site safety requirements and safety training. ■
Qualifications :
Bilingual Korean and English communication skills. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to respond quickly to field issues. 3+ years of UHP piping/mechanical construction experience preferred. Heat Trace/Insulation, semiconductor FAB, or cleanroom construction experience preferred. Experience coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors is a plus. Ability to read ISO drawings and P&IDs preferred.
