Oversee budgeting activities related to demolition scope of work while maintaining cost control measures. Review construction drawings regularly for accuracy; interpret technical drawings; supervise the review process for construction drawings. Ensure proper use of tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing; supervise the safe operation of heavy equipment involved in demolition tasks. Maintain detailed records of project progress through reports, logs, incident documentation, and quality control checks. Experience Proven experience managing demolition or heavy civil construction projects with a strong focus on safety compliance and quality assurance. Extensive background in construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment; excellent supervisory skills in supervising crews on-site. Familiarity with construction scheduling software including Primavera P6 or Primavera; proficient in managing project timelines and coordination efforts. Strong knowledge of federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) along with local building codes and industry standards. Experience working within commercial or industrial demolition projects; understanding of contracts management is highly desirable.
