Available Help for . Manages on-site operations of commercial construction projects to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Duties include:
overseeing the daily activities of construction workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to project specifications; assigning work assignments to site workers based on their skills and the project's requirements; enforcing safety protocols and regulations on job sites to maintain a safe working environment; inspecting work in progress to ensure that it meets quality standards and adheres to building codes, and addressing any issues or deficiencies; reporting progress of projects to higher level construction management.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
Must travel 90% of the time to oversee construction projects in various unanticipated locations throughout the United States, specifically to company-owned or managed properties and project sites in Texas, Massachusetts, Arizona, and Florida. Travel may also extend to new or unanticipated project sites as business needs arise.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Twenty-four (24) months experience using project management software to oversee on-site operations for commercial construction projects, including scheduling and tracking budget/materials; and ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to.
