Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily field operations for assigned projects Verifies production quantities with field Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety standards and project requirements. Interpret codes, blueprints, and engineering drawings. Collaborate with the project manager to develop schedules, work plans, and progress updates. Ensure jobsite safety compliance and conduct regular safety meetings. Maintain accurate documentation including field reports, inspections, logs, and project schedules. Work closely with engineers and inspectors to resolve technical issues. Forecast labor and material needs for scope of work and ensure timely procurement. Serve as the point of contact for all on-site activities related to electrical construction. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that could delay the schedule or increase costs.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a superintendent or foreman in commercial or industrial construction Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with traffic signal and roadway illumination projects a plus Background in both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems. OSHA 30-hour certification preferred but not required.
Working Conditions:
Primarily field-based role with occasional office responsibilities. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and travel between job sites as needed. May require evening or weekend hours depending on project timelines.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
