STX Civil is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in bridge and heavy civil construction to join our growing team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience managing TxDOT or similar transportation projects, with a strong focus on bridge construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bridge and heavy civil projects from planning through completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field crews, and project schedules Manage project costs, quantities, change orders, RFIs, and documentation Coordinate with TxDOT, engineers, inspectors, and general contractors Monitor production, budgets, schedules, and project performance Support superintendents and field operations to keep projects on schedule Review plans, specifications, and project requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in bridge and highway construction TxDOT project experience strongly preferred Knowledge of structural concrete, bridge decks, drilled shafts, columns, caps, approach slabs, earthwork, drainage, and roadway construction Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with field and office teams
