We are looking for a hands-on field leader with strong experience in heavy highway and civil construction who can effectively plan, coordinate, and execute work while maintaining safety, quality, production, and schedule. Experience in multiple scopes of heavy civil construction is a major plus, including: Earthwork and excavation Embankment and subgrade Flex base Concrete paving and flatwork Drainage and utilities Bridges and structures Roadway construction Traffic control Demolition and site work

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of heavy civil/highway construction experience preferred Previous Superintendent or General Foreman experience TxDOT project experience strongly preferred Ability to read and understand plans and specifications Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and production Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and daily operations Coordinate with Project Managers, inspectors, suppliers, and subcontractors Strong planning, leadership, and communication skills Safety and quality focused Willingness to travel to projects throughout Texas Valid driver's license
