You make sure it gets built right, on time and on budget. You run the crews and subs, buy the materials, keep the equipment where it needs to be, and run the shop. You report to the owner. Pay $24 an hour to start. A raise once you have learned all of our systems. If you sell a job, you earn the same commission as our sales team. Upsells you find get split. Monday through Friday, up to 43 hours a week. Crews Lead the crew meeting every morning. Visit every active job every day. Check the quality, the progress, and talk to the customer. Know how many hours each job was bid for and how many have been used. Flag overruns early. Keep crews out of overtime. Every crew goes out with a leader. Finish jobs before starting new ones. Subcontractors Schedule them, confirm their dates, and follow up when they are late. Have the site ready before they arrive. Check their work and sign off on it. Procurement Order materials when a job sells and enter the purchase orders in our CRM. Get material delivered before the crew needs it, straight to the job site when possible. Load trucks and trailers the day before. This is not a delivery-driver job. Equipment and shop Know where every machine and trailer is and which job it is on. Keep machine hours logged and maintenance on schedule.
