Job Description Position Summary The Superintendent manages daily field operations for assigned portions of the project and ensures subcontractors perform work safely, efficiently, and according to schedule and quality standards. Primary Responsibilities
  •  Coordinate daily subcontractor activities.
  •  Prepare and maintain short-interval schedules.
  •  Conduct daily planning meetings.
  •  Perform quality inspections.
  •  Coordinate inspections and testing.
  •  Maintain daily reports.
  •  Resolve field conflicts.
  •  Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety requirements.
  •  Coordinate deliveries and site logistics.
  •  Work closely with the Project Manager regarding schedule and procurement impacts.

  •  5+ years commercial construction experience.
  •  Previous Superintendent experience preferred.
  •  Data center or mission-critical experience required
  •  Strong preference on experience with tenant fit-out portion/trades and sequencing
  •  Strong blueprint reading and scheduling knowledge.
  •  OSHA 30 required.
