Job Description

President - Confidential Construction Management Company Position Summary A privately held construction management company is seeking a President to provide executive leadership across owner's representation, construction management operations, client delivery, staffing, financial performance, project risk, and business growth. The company manages complex, multi-site commercial construction programs for national clients. Current work includes remodels, rebuilds, capital improvement projects, facility refreshes, tenant improvements, de-branding, and modular construction initiatives. The President will be responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the business while maintaining strong executive relationships with clients and construction partners. Key Responsibilities Lead owner's representation and construction management operations across national client programs. Oversee a substantial portfolio of multi-site commercial construction projects and capital programs. Provide executive oversight for modular construction initiatives. Own business planning, revenue forecasting, margin management, staffing plans, operating standards, and executive client relationships. Establish and maintain project readiness controls covering budget milestones, permitting status, go/no-go reviews, scheduling, owner-provided services, risk tracking, and project closeout. Lead remote and field-based teams responsible for planning, estimating, scope definition, budget validation, permitting readiness, consultant coordination, and issue escalation. Partner with owners, finance teams, architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors, field teams, and operations to align cost, schedule, quality, and business objectives. Establish accountability standards for project data, financial accuracy, client communication, risk escalation, and execution discipline. Identify and address project risks, operational issues, budget concerns, schedule impacts, and client escalations. Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients and construction partners. Establish scalable operating processes and standards to support continued business growth. Provide leadership and direction across the organization while maintaining accountability for financial and operational results. Scope of Leadership This position combines executive leadership, construction management, owner's representation, financial oversight, client management, and operational strategy . The President will be accountable for ensuring that national construction programs are properly planned, financially controlled, staffed, communicated, and executed. Pay:
$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
