You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of high-impact heavy civil, industrial, and municipal infrastructure projects. Impact:
Oversee site operations across complex bridge, water treatment, and renewable energy builds. Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure strict adherence to project schedules. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve field issues and maintain safety standards. Track project progress, resource allocation, and material management to control costs. Communicate directly with clients, subcontractors, and field crews to drive outcomes. Utilize dedicated tech packages to streamline job site reporting and workflow tracking.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Open to entry-level candidates with strong foundational knowledge of construction principles. Ability to work onsite and manage day-to-day heavy civil construction activities. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a field setting.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 2+ years of experience in heavy civil, highway, or industrial construction. Familiarity with safety compliance, project scheduling, and structural engineering workflows. A team player with desire to grow within the company
