A Construction Site Manager runs day-to-day operations on a construction site and controls the short-term schedule on the site. Also performs important quality control and coordinates subcontractors. Often works in cooperation with construction project manager.
Mentone, TX Chalk Mountain Services of Texas, LLC ("Chalk") is a leader in transportation and logistics servicing the oil and gas extraction industry. The Company is based in Fort Worth, TX and is currently hiring Sand Coordinators to work in west Texas. Sand Coordinators are responsible for directing distribution of products at the Frac Wellsite. Maximizes utilization of equipment, and drivers. Maintains sand inventory system operations business plans to include all DOT requirements and ensures DOT compliance and recordkeeping. Sand Coordinator is a front-line hourly position in the field organization. This position reports to either the field supervisor or Crew Manager and is responsible for fulfilling the basic functions of organizing, directing, and controlling frac sand product at the wellsite. Essential Functions/Operations Maintains contact with drivers to coordinate sand unloading at wellsite. Manages interface and updates in Sandman system to provide real time info on truck arrivals and departures. Inputs BOL data on Sandman system to capture accurate information for billing. Provides continual communication with Planning and Operations teams through phone calls, email, text, and sandman system. Safely and efficiently moves trucks in and out of wellsite. Directs the resolution of operational and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. Ensures all field equipment is properly maintained. Works directly with corporate Safety team to drive safety performance. Maintains and enforces all safety standards and procedures for all CMS personnel on wellsite. Sets up and enforces proper JSA with all CMS personnel entering wellsite. Responsible for maintaining care, maintenance, and security for assigned company property. Customer interaction at both well site and through phone and email. Follows up and responds to all customer requests. Executes plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
