What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee daily installation projects and ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Manage and support installation crews, providing direction and problem-solving on-site. Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are clear and satisfaction is high. Inspect completed work to confirm it meets company and customer standards. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials and schedules are aligned.
What You Bring:
Bilingual Spanish/English - Ability to communicate effectively with crews and clients. Leadership Experience - Background managing teams in installation, construction, or similar environments. Detail-Oriented Mindset - Strong focus on quality and getting the job done right. Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to handle issues in real time and keep projects moving. Field Experience - Hands-on experience in installation or construction environments.
