Job Overview General Floor Manager

  • San Juan TX This job is from 6:00 am
  • to 3:00 pm M-F.
Location is in San Juan TX. We are seeking an experienced and dependable General Floor Manager for our adult day care center to coordinate daily operations within our adult day care program. This role will require a person who will create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for adults with disabilities and behavioral health needs. As the Floor Manager, you will oversee program delivery, supervise staff, manage relationships with clients and families, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Duties Responsibilities Open Daily at 6:00 am close 3:00 pm Manage daily floor operations for an adult day care facility Coordinate and oversee daily routes. Create and maintain staff schedules Supervise staff and daily workflow Ensure staff complete daily maintenance and operational checklists Communicate professionally with clients, families, drivers, and staff Assist with clerical and administrative duties Maintain accurate records and reports Support a safe, clean, and organized environment Ensure quality care and operational standards are maintained Requirements Good communication and coordinating skills Minimum 5 years of management experience in a previous supervisory or leadership role Strong scheduling and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CPR Certified Food Handler's License/Certification required Computer proficiency including: Microsoft Word Excel Email and basic office software Ability to multitask and lead a team effectively Dependable, professional, and compassionate demeanor Preferred Qualifications Experience in adult day care, healthcare, transportation coordination, or senior services preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule Full-time Morning availability required Join us in making a meaningful difference!
