Position:

Temporary / Project-Based We are looking for a hands-on superintendent who can independently manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through punch and turnover. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise subcontractors Maintain project schedule and 3 week look-aheads Coordinate inspections Review plans and ensure work is installed correctly Maintain site safety and housekeeping Complete daily reports and progress photos Coordinate deliveries and material needs Identify field issues and communicate with the Project Manager Manage quality control, punch list and closeout Maintain professional communication with the client and building management Foster strong team leadership by managing project teams effectively; motivate staff to meet project goals while maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications Commercial construction superintendent experience with proven results Commercial TI experience Ability to independently run a $400K commercial project Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills Ability to read construction drawings Working knowledge of commercial MEP trades Reliable transportation Comfortable with electronic daily reports and project documentation This position may be particularly well suited for an experienced superintendent who is between projects, semi-retired, or prefers short-term project assignments.
