Job Description

Director of Construction - Residential Construction gpac is partnered with a top residential construction company who's looking to add a Director of Construction to their team. This role will work closely with project managers and field teams to deliver projects efficiently and to company standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple residential projects from start to finish. Lead and mentor a team of project managers and superintendents. Manage schedules, budgets, and ensure safety and compliance. Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field (preferred). Strong track record in residential construction leadership. Experience with high volume construction builds.
