Rio Grande Valley, Texas Capstone Design and Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, construction management experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining safe and efficient job sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. Manage multiple job sites and ensure projects remain on schedule. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel. Enforce company safety policies and job-site safety standards. Monitor quality control and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. Maintain project documentation and reports as required. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising residential and commercial construction projects. Proven ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction practices, scheduling, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and customer-service skills. Valid Driver's License required. Good driving record required. Compensation & Benefits Full-time position: 40 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Starting pay range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
