Our Civil Group in Austin, TX, is looking to add an experienced Mechanical Project Superintendent to its team. Primary Responsibilities Manage daily field operations for water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects. Supervise self-perform crews and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors. Plan and sequence work activities, manpower, materials, and site logistics. Oversee utility installations, process piping, mechanical systems, and equipment setting. Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards. Monitor production, maintain project schedules, and document daily field activities. Interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents to support field execution. Support startup, testing, punch list, and project closeout activities. Complete all other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of construction leadership experience required. Experience with water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects required. Experience with utility work, process piping, mechanical installations, and equipment setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents. OSHA 30 certification and Procore experience preferred.
