The company delivers a diverse portfolio of K-12, municipal, healthcare, and commercial projects, emphasizing collaboration, quality craftsmanship, safety, and long-term client relationships. Job Description Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Monitor project progress and support schedule execution. Help maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company standards. Perform quality control inspections and document project activities. Track deliveries, materials, and jobsite logistics. Participate in subcontractor and owner meetings as needed. Assist with inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout. Review plans and specifications to support field execution. Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: 3+ years of commercial construction experience. Experience on K-12, municipal, healthcare, or commercial projects preferred. Understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Desire to grow into a lead Superintendent position. OSHA certification preferred. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $91,000 to $114,000 USD.
