About Our Client Our client is a well-established commercial construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across multiple market sectors. Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with project management teams. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget expectations. Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project updates to key stakeholders. Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications. Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule challenges proactively. Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans and company safety policies. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors throughout project execution. Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff. Manage site logistics, sequencing, and workforce planning. Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, and final turnover activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead / Senior Superintendent should have: 8+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience. Proven success managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred. Experience leading large-scale ground-up construction projects. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and scheduling practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $113,000 to $156,000 USD annually.
