Known for delivering quality work and maintaining a steady project pipeline, the company provides Superintendents with significant project ownership, leadership responsibility, and long-term career growth opportunities. Job Description Lead all on-site construction operations from preconstruction mobilization through project closeout Drive project execution to achieve schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives Coordinate daily field activities among subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, manpower, and operational challenges Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines Conduct site inspections and verify workmanship meets project specifications Partner with Project Managers to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals Manage construction documentation, site reports, schedules, and project updates Foster a collaborative, accountable jobsite culture focused on performance and efficiency Mentor field personnel and provide leadership to project teams throughout execution Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through successful project delivery MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects Experience with K-12, municipal, higher education, and/or healthcare construction projects Must be able to BUILD Master Project Schedules, in addition to maintaining them Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct subcontractors and field teams Knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements Experience managing project schedules, sequencing, and field coordination Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Commitment to quality workmanship and operational excellence What's on Offer Base salary: $128,000 - $142,000 Performance-based bonus opportunity Company truck Gas card Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to lead complex public-sector and institutional construction projects Stable project pipeline with high visibility and career advancement potential
