Job Description Lead all on-site construction operations from preconstruction mobilization through project closeout Drive project execution to achieve schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives Coordinate daily field activities among subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, manpower, and operational challenges Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines Conduct site inspections and verify workmanship meets project specifications Partner with Project Managers to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals Manage construction documentation, site reports, schedules, and project updates Foster a collaborative, accountable jobsite culture focused on performance and efficiency Mentor field personnel and provide leadership to project teams throughout execution Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through successful project delivery MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
