Contract / Project-Based About the Role SYNTH Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee field operations for indoor renovations in the West University Place area. This role is responsible for managing day to day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring the project progresses according to schedule, contract documents, and city coordination Key Responsibilities Lead on site supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Coordinate and sequence subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries to maintain workflow and minimize delays. Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact timelines. Monitor quality control, enforce safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Communicate daily with project management team regarding progress, challenges, and upcoming needs. Maintain accurate site logs, reports, and documentation. Qualifications Experience as a Superintendent, Site Supervisor, or Construction Manager (commercial preferred). Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training (preferred). Reliable transportation to/from the project site.
