Home Automation Systems Greater Austin Area Job Description:

Our team specializes in designing and installing high-end residential home systems. We are currently seeking a dedicated, meticulous, and enthusiastic Full-Time Field Supervisor. This role involves prewire, installation, troubleshooting of our customers' smart home systems based on the Control4 platform following industry best-practices. As the supervisor, you will implement our system designs, referencing drawings in D-Tools. You will also ensure hours are properly logged on-site each day, and report any issues related to the work. You will lead, manage, and hold accountable our install team, ensuring work is done to our standards. You will also handle on-site communications with clients and builders. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, you will play a critical role in offering the best in home automation solutions. Requirements Adherence to core values Strong understanding of industry standard cables, terminations, and best practices Critical thinking skills for problem solving Ability to read and interpret project work scope and related plans/drawings Consistency in upkeeping project tracking information Maintain fully stocked tool bag Valid Drivers License Role / Responsibilities Be able to manage and perform day to day project install scopes after one or more meetings w/ management Keep project moving forward by making onsite decisions and communicating directly w/ the client regarding low to medium level challenges Upkeep project tracking information, including: time tracking for all techs onsite, task lists, item status, and change order requirements Ability to Lead, Manage, and hold the team accountable Pay /

Compensation Hourly Rate Range:

$32
