Ensure submittals and material procurement are completed in time to support the construction schedule. Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Conduct regular project meetings and clearly document responsibilities and deadlines. Review subcontractor payment applications and support accurate, timely owner billing. Track commitments, costs, pending changes, contingency, retainage, and projected profitability. Identify risks early and develop solutions before they affect cost or schedule. Visit project sites regularly and maintain close coordination with superintendents and jobsite supervisors. Maintain complete and accurate project records in Procore. Lead punch-list completion, closeout documentation, owner training, and final project turnover. Represent E Contractors professionally and protect the company's contractual and financial interests.
