Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Jobsite Field Assistant to support daily construction site operations. This role assists project teams with material coordination, site organization, safety compliance, and general field support to help keep projects on schedule and running efficiently. Responsibilities Assist field supervisors and project managers with daily jobsite activities Coordinate and track materials, deliveries, and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Conduct routine site inspections and report issues or safety concerns Assist with documentation, reports, and project records Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Support scheduling and logistical needs as directed Perform general labor and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous construction or jobsite experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email) Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on active construction sites Pass a background check Bilingual Preferred Skills Knowledge of construction safety practices Experience coordinating materials and equipment Ability to read construction drawings and project documents Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.50 per hour
