Job Description
Job Overview As the Construction Project Manager at CleanSpark, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of AI data center projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, design, and program leadership to ensure that project plans are effectively translated into on-site execution across multiple locations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive construction execution while adhering to standardized designs, schedules, and delivery frameworks. Primary Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day construction activities for AI data center projects, ensuring alignment with program schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones. Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and manage materials and equipment to maintain progress and address issues in real-time. Ensure all construction activities meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure construction adherence to Basis of Design (BoD) and anticipate constructability challenges in advance. Implement standardized construction practices across multiple sites and manage contractor performance in terms of scope, schedule, and quality. Participate in contract execution and commercial discussions, as well as oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies. Monitor quality control, inspections, and commissioning readiness to uphold company and industry standards. Provide updates to leadership on project status and liaise with internal stakeholders for seamless coordination. Contribute to process enhancements to facilitate scalable and consistent project delivery. This role demands professionalism, effective communication, and collaboration skills to work efficiently within a team-oriented and inclusive environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or relevant fields, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects. Previous work experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure construction settings. Sound understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Proficiency in managing contractors, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules in complex project environments. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
