Project Manager -
Utilities & Industrial Automation Location:
Tomball, TX |
Full-Time Pay Range:
$90,000-$150,000/year We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex utilities and industrial automation projects from kickoff through closeout. This is a great opportunity for a project leader who can manage scope, schedules, budgets, risk, and customer relationships while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, field services, vendors, and other teams. What You'll Do Lead projects from kickoff through closeout Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and WBS Manage project scope, changes, risks, and issues Lead internal and customer project meetings Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Services Manage vendors, subcontractors, procurement, and invoicing Track project KPIs, including on-time delivery, margin, and cash flow Maintain project documentation and ensure successful closeout Communicate project status, decisions, and action items to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement across projects What We're Looking For 7+ years of Project Management experience Background in utilities, industrial automation, or related industries Experience coordinating multi-discipline project teams Strong scheduling and financial tracking experience Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera Knowledge of contract and change management Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field PMP certification preferred The Opportunity If you're a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of complex projects, working with multiple teams, and being the key point of contact for customers, this could be a great fit.
