Overview Join our dynamic team as a Field Supervisor. This role demands a proactive leader who thrives in managing teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met on-site. As a vital member of our team, you will be given an area of responsibility. You yourself will be charged with doing the electrical punch work alongside a smaller crew. We are looking for someone who can get the job done without constant oversight by others. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Manage and coordinate construction schedules. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide crew activities and ensure accuracy. Lead crew management efforts by supervising teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing mentorship. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow. Experience Proven experience in strictly residential. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for accurate implementation on-site.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
