Position Overview Pratt Homes is a modular and manufactured home dealership that not only sells the home but also coordinates complete residential construction projects, from site prep through final completion. We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Construction Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects from our office. Construction management experience and strong office and computer experience are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software. This position involves significant customer interaction and coordination with homebuyers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Projects may include site preparation, land improvements, clearing, grading, utilities, septic systems, foundations, driveways, home installation, finish work, inspections, and final completion. The ideal candidate has residential construction experience, strong customer service experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects from start to finish.

This is not a general administration, field superintendent, or construction labor position. We are looking for someone with construction and office experience who is comfortable working directly with customers and coordinating the details required to complete residential projects. Compensation Base salary + project completion bonuses. Homebuyer, Subcontractor & Team Support Serve as a primary point of contact for homebuyers throughout the construction process. Provide regular project updates, answer questions, and keep homebuyers informed of progress, schedules, and changes. Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams by phone, email, and project management software. Coordinate with subcontractors regarding schedules, project requirements, site conditions, and outstanding work. Continually follow up on customer and subcontractor commitments to keep projects moving. Address customer concerns, coordinate appropriate solutions, and provide consistent follow-through throughout the project. Project Coordination Coordinate construction activities and subcontractor schedules from the office. Manage multiple active residential construction projects from start to finish. Track project timelines, milestones, schedules, and outstanding items. Maintain accurate project documentation and updates in project management software. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to keep projects on schedule. Proactively identify potential delays or issues and coordinate solutions to keep projects moving toward completion. Required Qualifications Construction management or residential construction experience is required; modular or manufactured housing experience preferred. Strong office and computer experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms. Strong customer service and communication experience, with the ability to work extensively by phone, email, and text. Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines. Comfortable coordinating with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites, less than 15% of the time. Able to work in person Monday through Friday, five days a week.

$49,999.00 - $50,000.00 per year
