A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead the ground-up construction of a church project. This individual will oversee all daily field operations and ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Responsibilities Manage daily field operations from mobilization through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics Maintain the project schedule and communicate progress with the project team Lead site safety, quality control, and subcontractor meetings Identify and resolve field issues before they impact the schedule Maintain daily reports and project documentation Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client and project team Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Ground-up project experience required Church, K-12, municipal, or similar institutional experience preferred Strong scheduling and subcontractor-management skills Comfortable traveling and remaining onsite for the duration of the project Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software Ability to pass a background check Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Monthly vehicle and phone allowances Travel expenses and accommodations provided Performance-based bonus potential Health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off Qualified candidates should apply with an updated resume and project list.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
