Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Coordinator to join our construction management team. In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between project planning and on-site execution, ensuring that construction projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and within scope. Your expertise will drive project coordination, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and support the seamless progression of civil engineering and construction initiatives. Responsibilities Constructability
- Ability to read/review and coordinate drawings and specs (Contract, Shop and Electrical One Line)
- Ability to review shop drawings with TRE and offer constructability comments Safety
- Ensure/manage safe working environment
- Identifying/removing/correcting hazards
- Manage jobsite cleanliness
- Develop knowledge of safety standards Field/Office Coordination
- Convey schedule, material, manpower & quality concerns
- Coordinate/support RFI process
- Understand material status
- Coordinate/schedule inspections Technology
- Awareness of resources available
- Drawing program basic skills
- Internal program basic skills Risk Management
- Convey issues
- Monitors material, manpower, schedule, safety, etc. Quality
- Early discussion of quality expectations with trades
- Early identification of conflicts
- Identify quality craftsmanship

- Understand Critical Activities/Flow of Work
