Texas (East Texas Preferred)
Travel:
Approximately 25% (more during initial training) Build Your Career in Commercial Construction Ameritech Facility Services is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support national commercial renovation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager role while working alongside experienced construction professionals on fast-paced commercial projects across multiple locations. What You'll Do Assist with managing multiple commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, material deliveries, and project timelines. Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Support purchasing, estimating, and project documentation. Track project budgets, schedules, and progress. Participate in customer meetings and conference calls. Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations. Help resolve field issues and coordinate solutions with subcontractors. Maintain project records and update company software systems. What We're Looking For Commercial construction experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Scheduling and project coordination experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Understanding of subcontractor management. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and commercial construction systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting national retail renovation programs. Experience with commercial renovations, tenant improvements, or multi-site rollouts. Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software. Understanding of commercial construction processes from planning through project closeout. Experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple simultaneous projects. Requirements Must live in Texas (East Texas preferred). Willingness to travel approximately 25%. Valid driver's license. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
