Texas (East Texas Preferred)
Travel:
Approximately 25% (may be higher during training)

Full-Time Join Our Commercial Construction Team Ameritech Facility Services is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of national commercial renovation projects. This position works closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
Please note:
We are not seeking IT or SaaS Project Coordinators. This is a commercial construction position. What You'll Do Support multiple Project Managers with commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, permits, purchase orders, and project documentation. Communicate daily with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Participate in customer calls and provide project updates. Manage project information across multiple software platforms. Assist with billing, scheduling, purchase order acceptance, and data entry. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Identify potential schedule delays and assist with resolving issues. Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met. What We're Looking For Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Construction experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar construction management software is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting commercial construction projects. Knowledge of scheduling and subcontractor coordination. Familiarity with project documentation and customer communication. Experience supporting national retail renovation projects is a plus. Requirements Must reside in Texas (East Texas preferred). Ability to travel approximately 25%. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
