D.O.E Assistant Superintendent (Architectural) We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent to help oversee daily construction activities on-site, with a focus on architectural and civil work. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting the successful completion of the project. Responsibilities Monitor daily construction activities related to roofing and architectural finishes. Track project progress and provide updates to the Superintendent and Project Manager. Coordinate with subcontractors and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to resolve field issues and avoid work conflicts. Assist with daily planning and short-term scheduling to keep the project on track. Attend subcontractor coordination meetings and follow up on assigned tasks. Prepare and maintain field documentation, including: Daily reports Site photos Manpower tracking Field issue logs Requests for Information (RFIs) Submittals Material tracking and follow-up Inspect work to ensure it meets project drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Work closely with the site safety team to help maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety requirements are followed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in civil or architectural construction field work. Experience supervising or coordinating construction activities on-site. Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple trades and subcontractors. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
