(BHI) is seeking an experienced Construction Field Superintendent to lead site operations for our UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project . We value top-tier talent and offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000/year , plus per diem to support your travel! We offer a robust compensation package, including:

Leadership Support:
Direct collaboration with division leads to drive high-impact utility infrastructure.
Qualifications Underground Utility Expertise:
Solid background in underground utility installation, heavy equipment operations, and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
Leadership Experience:
Proven track record managing field crews, driving job-site safety, and coordinating subcontractors.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency reading blueprints and drawings, with working knowledge of Bluebeam and MS Office.
Travel Flexibility:
Must be willing to travel 100% of the time along the project corridor (Panguitch/US-89 region). Are you a self-driven leader who pays close attention to detail and leads with high integrity?
