(BHI) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project . We value top-tier talent and offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000/year , plus per diem to cover travel expenses! We offer a robust compensation package, including:

Leadership Support:
Direct collaboration with company leadership on high-impact infrastructure projects. Qualifications Proven track record in underground utility, directional drilling, or conduit installation projects. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, RFIs, and submittals using Bluebeam and MS Office. Willingness to commit to 100% heavy travel along project corridors (Panguitch/US-89 region). Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead crews, handle inspector walkthroughs, and collaborate with project owners.
