Job Description

Job Summary Moonstone Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Framing Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all aspects of framing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities Project Management:
Supervise framing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and project plans.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage framing crews to maintain a productive and professional work environment.
Quality Control:
Ensure all framing work meets company standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.
Material Management:
Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery and manage on-site inventory.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and perform job-site inspections.
Blueprint Interpretation:
Accurately read and implement blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, architects, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve job-site challenges quickly to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on framing experience , including at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role .
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of framing methods, blueprint reading, and use of framing tools and equipment.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage crews effectively and foster a positive team environment.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Safety Focused:
Thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve job-site issues efficiently.
Adaptability:
Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Certifications:

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
