Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include: 5+ years required; ideally 7-10+ years managing federal construction projects independently. Government contracting experience required; VA hospital experience strongly preferred. Independently manage 3-6 concurrent federal construction projects valued at approximately $1M-$7M each. Lead projects from award through closeout, including schedules, safety plans, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and overall execution. Serve as primary point of contact with Government Contracting Officers (CO) and CORs; maintain excellent CPARS past-performance ratings. Administer contracts in accordance with FAR requirements; prepare and negotiate contract modifications and Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REAs). Proficient with Procore (primary) and strong familiarity with scheduling and project documentation processes (Bluebeam useful). Ability to obtain required federal facility clearance; OSHA 30, CQM/QCM, and EM 385 credentials preferred or obtainable.

Salary:

$140,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
