Lead Crews. Run Projects. Build Work That Lasts. We're a Utah-based excavation and civil construction company looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead excavation and underground utility operations on commercial, municipal, and infrastructure projects across the region. This role is for someone who knows heavy civil construction from the ground up — someone who can lead multiple crews, coordinate moving parts, solve problems in the field, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. Our work includes site development, earthwork, underground utilities, and concrete construction. What we build is the foundation everything else depends on, and we're looking for leaders who take pride in getting the work done right. If you've successfully led excavation and pipe crews and know how to keep jobs on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards, we want to talk to you.
