This is a field-focused role that works closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to help manage day-to-day activity across active jobsites. You will assist with trade coordination, quality control, jobsite organization, inspections, construction progress, and resolving field issues. Success in this role means organized and efficient jobsites, quality work completed correctly the first time, trades prepared for upcoming work, and projects moving forward with minimal delays. Responsibilities Support the Superintendent and Project Manager with day-to-day field operations. Visit and oversee active jobsites regularly throughout construction. Verify construction progress, workmanship, cleanliness, and jobsite organization. Help coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections. Confirm jobsites are ready for upcoming trades before they arrive. Verify trades have the plans, selections, materials, and information needed to complete their work. Review construction against plans, specifications, and Crestline quality standards. Identify incomplete or incorrect work and coordinate corrections with trade partners. Identify field issues or potential delays and communicate them quickly. Maintain jobsite photos, daily logs, notes, and documentation in Buildertrend. Assist with quality-control inspections throughout each phase of construction. Create and follow up on punch-list items. Help prepare homes for client walkthroughs, inspections, and major construction milestones. Coordinate with the Project Manager and design team when field questions or selection issues arise. Maintain safe, clean, and professional jobsites. Build strong relationships with subcontractors and hold trades accountable to Crestline standards. Proactively identify problems before they impact schedule, quality, or future trades. Requirements 1-2+ years of residential construction experience preferred. Custom or semi-custom home building experience preferred. Understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing. Ability to read architectural plans and construction documents. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. Strong organization and follow-through. Ability to manage priorities across multiple active jobsites. Comfortable communicating directly with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members. Willingness to spend the majority of the workday in the field. Buildertrend or similar construction software experience preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsites. What Success Looks Like Jobsites are clean, organized, safe, and ready for upcoming trades. Construction is completed according to plans and Crestline quality standards. Trades are coordinated efficiently with minimal downtime between phases. Quality issues are identified early and corrected quickly. Field issues are communicated before they become larger problems. Inspections and construction milestones are prepared for and completed on time. Jobsite documentation and progress photos are kept current. Punch-list items are tracked and completed promptly. The Superintendent and Project Manager have clear visibility into jobsite progress. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, primarily onsite across active project sites. Availability to address time-sensitive field issues when necessary. Location Utah County, UT Onsite across multiple active project sites. Ability to travel to Salt Lake and Wasatch Counties as projects require.

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
