This role works closely with the Project Manager to help manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple projects. You will assist with scheduling, trade coordination, quality control, jobsite organization, documentation, and resolving field issues. Success in this role means organized jobsites, strong communication, accurate project information, and helping projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to Crestline standards. Responsibilities Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project execution. Visit jobsites regularly to verify progress, quality, cleanliness, and organization. Help coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections. Assist with maintaining construction schedules and upcoming project milestones. Verify trades have the plans, selections, and information needed before starting work. Identify field issues, delays, or missing information and communicate them quickly. Review work against plans, specifications, and Crestline quality standards. Maintain jobsite photos, notes, daily logs, and documentation in Buildertrend. Assist with quality control and punch-list completion. Help prepare and track purchase orders and change orders. Coordinate with the design and office teams to ensure selections and materials are ready. Assist with client walkthroughs and project milestone meetings. Help manage permits, inspections, and project documentation. Build strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Proactively identify problems before they impact schedule, budget, or quality. Requirements 1-2+ years of residential construction experience preferred. Custom or semi-custom home building experience preferred. Understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing. Ability to read architectural plans and construction documents. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and active projects. Strong communication and follow-through. Comfortable working directly with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members. Basic understanding of construction budgets, purchase orders, and change orders. Buildertrend or similar construction software experience preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsites. What Success Looks Like Jobsites are organized and ready for upcoming trades. Project schedules and documentation stay current. Trade partners have the information they need to complete their work. Field issues are identified and resolved quickly. Work is completed according to plans and Crestline quality standards. Buildertrend is kept accurate and up to date. Punch-list items are tracked and completed promptly. The Project Manager has clear visibility into project progress. Projects move efficiently with minimal downtime between phases. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, primarily onsite across active project sites. Availability to address time-sensitive field issues when necessary. Location Utah County, UT Onsite across multiple active project sites. Ability to travel to Salt Lake and Wasatch Counties as projects require.

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
