This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving project success through meticulous planning and team coordination. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Manage and direct on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance. Develop detailed project schedules project management software, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines. Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to verify accuracy and identify potential issues early in the process. Oversee procurement activities including construction estimating, cost management, and contract negotiations. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, progress meetings, and detailed reporting; address any delays or issues proactively. Maintain comprehensive documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution. Implement best practices in construction scheduling and site logistics to optimize productivity while managing risks effectively. Experience Proven experience managing commercial construction projects with a focus site coordination. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality control standards. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams across diverse construction sites while maintaining high levels of communication and organization. Strong background in reading blueprints and construction plans accurately to guide onsite activities. Background in any trade is a plus.
