Job Description

Assistant Field Superintendent We are looking for a go-getter located in Ogden Utah. The ideal candidate must be able to follow detailed instructions, comfortable in construction site environment. Must be able to represent our painting company in the best light with general contractors. Must be able to use a laptop and iPad, communicate well with our crews and multi task. This job is fast paced and requires and energetic, quick thinking individual. Candidate must to be able to lift 50 pounds. Spanish speaking is a plus! Employee will be paid an hourly wage based on experience. Experience with commercial projects helpful. 401(k) including company contributions to keep you on track for your future. Summary As an Assistant Field Superintendent, you will be instrumental in overseeing paint construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing on-site daily tasks. Responsible for keeping cycle time schedules, safety trainings, overseeing crew, communicating with the general contractor, ordering paint and supplies, and managing budgets. A valid driver's license and Spanish helpful in proficiency for effective communication and coordination on-site. Join our team to contribute to impactful construction initiatives.
