Saturdays What We Are Looking For:
We are hiring Assistant Superintendents with strong commercial or high-end residential construction experience who can support field coordination, quality control, and daily jobsite execution.
Project Snapshot:
This role supports Sommet Blanc, a high-end residential project with three towers at Empire Pass in Deer Valley.
Role Summary:
You will support the Superintendent team with subcontractor coordination, document review, layout verification, inspections, logistics, and daily field reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs to verify materials and field installation. Use Bluebeam to complete markups, layout checks, dimension verification, and coordination. Inspect work in place for layout, quality, housekeeping, and protection of completed work. Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, staging, crane activity, and jobsite logistics. Document meetings, manpower, productivity, delays, photos, observations, and daily progress reports.
Required Qualifications:
Strong commercial or high-end residential construction experience. Ability to read plans, review submittals and RFIs, and verify field work against project documents. Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel or Google Sheets, Google Workspace, email, photo uploads, and digital field reports. Ability to coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, deliveries, equipment, housekeeping, and daily site logistics. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to reliably commute to the Park City jobsite. Ability to walk the jobsite, regularly use stairs, move materials as needed, and assist with construction equipment when trained and authorized, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Resort, mountain-site, commercial, or high-end residential project experience. Experience supporting subcontractor coordination and pre-installation meetings.
Benefits:
$100,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience. Health insurance with a company-provided benefit allowance.
