Fragrance-free preferred About Our Family We're a busy, active family of four based in Park City, UT — a place we've truly made home over the past several years. Between school drop-offs, after-school activities, work travel, and an outdoor lifestyle that keeps us moving, our days are full and our schedules are always evolving. One parent travels frequently for work, so having someone dependable who can help keep things running smoothly at home is especially important to us. We have two energetic boys, ages 3.5 and 5, who thrive with structure, warmth, and consistency, along with a gentle Labradoodle — and possibly a puppy on the horizon! We love making the most of the outdoors, with hiking, biking, golf, and skiing all being a big part of our family life. Weekends are often when we carve out time together as a family, while occasionally using them as our own date days. We love getting outside, exploring, staying active, and making the most of the lifestyle we've built here. At home, we love to cook together, host family and friends, and create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and cared for. We especially value tidiness and organization and take pride in having a home that feels calm, well-stocked, and ready for whatever the day brings. We also take an intentional, Montessori-influenced approach to how our children engage with their spaces, toys, routines, and growing independence, and we value someone who appreciates maintaining an organized home and reinforcing those systems with the kids. Our household runs best when details are handled thoughtfully, systems are maintained consistently, and communication is clear. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order and taking pride in the small things that make a big difference — helping keep the home tidy, organized, stocked, and running smoothly so we can be more present with our family. Ultimately, we want this to feel like a true partnership: someone who helps carry the mental load, brings a steady and positive presence to our home, and wants to become a trusted, long-term part of our family's team. Who You Are / What We're Looking For You are calm, grounded, and naturally comfortable in a busy family home. You bring a warm, steady presence and take pride in helping create an environment that feels organized, peaceful, tidy, and reset. You're nurturing and engaging with young children, but equally happy to jump in wherever you're needed — whether that means helping with the kids, folding laundry, walking the dog, running an errand, getting dinner prep started, or simply noticing what would make the day run more smoothly. You are organized, detail-oriented, and quietly observant. You notice what needs attention, take ownership, and don't need every task spelled out for you. You are proactive without being intrusive and understand how to read a room, anticipate needs, and operate discreetly in a private home. At the same time, you're flexible and able to go with the flow as schedules shift with work travel, family plans, guests, and the needs of the week. You take reliability seriously and understand that in a busy household, showing up when you say you will and following through on commitments matters. Punctuality is important, including during the winter months when snow and changing road conditions can affect the commute. You communicate honestly and professionally and understand the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and maintaining healthy personal and professional boundaries. Most importantly, you're looking for a long-term relationship with a family where trust and mutual respect are at the center. We want someone who genuinely enjoys being a second set of hands, takes pride in caring for a home and family, and finds satisfaction in making everyday life feel easier, calmer, and more organized.
