We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Project Superintendent who takes ownership of projects from award through closeout and is committed to delivering exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, excels at coordinating multiple projects, and understands the importance of communication, planning, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial siding and façade projects from pre-construction through final completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement logs, and project documentation. Coordinate material procurement, fabrication schedules, deliveries, labor resources, and subcontractors. Review plans, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project contracts. Conduct site visits to monitor production, quality control, safety compliance, and project progress This position will be onsite everyday. Onsite monitoring production, quality control, safety compliance, and project progress Coordinate with general contractors, architects, consultants, inspectors, manufacturers, and owners. Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain regular communication with field crews and stakeholders. Track project costs, labor productivity, change orders, and billing milestones. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction. Experience with commercial siding, cladding, façades, rainscreen systems, metal panels, ACM panels, fiber cement, stone panels, or related exterior envelope systems preferred. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scheduling. Experience managing project budgets, change orders, and subcontractors. Knowledge of OSHA requirements and jobsite safety management. Proficiency with Buildertrend, Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, or similar construction software. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays as project schedules require. Experience towing trailers and operating construction equipment is a plus.
