Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Operations Manager specializing in Roofing, Exteriors, and Interior Remodeling projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, streamlining processes, and maintaining high-quality standards across diverse construction initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead dynamic projects in a fast-paced environment while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, including roofing, exterior facades, and interior remodels. Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations. Oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reporting. Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage site safety protocols by enforcing OSHA standards and local building codes to maintain a safe working environment. Lead project meetings focused on schedule coordination, risk mitigation, quality control, and team performance. Ensure regulatory compliance by staying current on construction laws and environmental regulations affecting roofing and exterior/interior projects. Foster team development by managing subcontractors and internal staff effectively while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on roofing, exteriors, or interior remodeling. Strong proficiency in construction management software. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques, budget management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and schematics accurately. Experience managing teams on-site as well as coordinating multiple stakeholders across various phases of construction projects. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Familiarity with construction safety standards such as OSHA regulations and local building codes. Strong communication skills for clear project documentation and effective collaboration with clients and team members. Ability to take office calls and coordinate a great customer service experience for our clients.
