  • We Elevate Every Step We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support our production team and help ensure projects move smoothly from planning through completion.
This position works closely with ownership, project managers, field teams, suppliers, customers, architects, and general contractors. The right candidate will become an integral part of our operation and will have a clear path toward becoming a Construction Project Manager. What You'll Do Project Coordination Assist with project planning, scheduling, and execution Coordinate project documentation and project files Track project milestones and deadlines Help ensure projects stay organized and moving forward Client & Contractor Communication Communicate with homeowners, general contractors, architects, and vendors Coordinate project meetings and follow-up items Provide updates and gather information needed by the production team Material & Supplier Coordination Secure color samples and product information Coordinate material deliveries and pickups Assist with ordering and tracking materials Build relationships with suppliers and manufacturers Field Support Visit project sites to gather information and report progress Verify material deliveries and project readiness Document project conditions with photos and notes Assist with punch lists and project closeout activities Administrative & Technical Support Assist with submittals and project documentation Support bid preparation and proposal development Maintain project schedules and tracking systems Help organize RFIs, change orders, and project records General Team Support Assist ownership, project managers, and office staff with project-related tasks Help solve problems and remove obstacles before they impact production Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through to completion What We're Looking For Required Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Comfortable learning new software and systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Preferred Construction experience Project coordination experience Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction software Experience reading plans and specifications Spanish speaking ability Success in This Role Looks Like Projects are organized and moving forward without constant oversight Team members receive information when they need it Clients and contractors experience exceptional communication Problems are identified early and resolved proactively Ownership and project managers have more time to focus on high-value activities Growth Opportunity This role is designed to develop future Project Managers.
