Job Description
CR Construction is seeking a superintendent to manage residential and commercial projects from start to finish. We're looking for someone who can lead work in the field, keep a reliable schedule, coordinate trades, and maintain high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and update project schedules. Anticipate delays and adjust the sequence of work to keep projects moving. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and daily site activity. Oversee residential and commercial construction work for quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specifications. Communicate progress, schedule changes, and issues clearly with the project team and clients. Review plans, identify conflicts early, and help resolve field issues. Track work completed and help prepare for project milestones and final walkthroughs. Qualifications Experience supervising both residential and commercial construction projects . Strong construction scheduling experience is required , including coordinating multiple trades and managing schedule changes. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Sound judgment and the ability to solve problems on site. Experience estimating construction work is a plus.
